In this project our company is holding and partially constructing 45 attics of residential houses in the 6th District in Budapest. We have already accomplished the development of two attics. The total buildable floor area is 43.000.sqm, and this facilitates the development of 500 flats.

On the market these kinds of flats are very special. Only a few attic developments are in progress or have been completed in the 6th District of Budapest. The new intellectual generation is looking for these kinds of real estates in renewed or newly developed houses as well.

In 2009 we have worked with some Phd. students of Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and they made some interesting conceptions in relation with the development of the houses. We are ready to launch the development of some houses right now, and others are before the planning. The Phd. students have dreamed for example gardens, swimming pools and eco flats onto the already existing houses.
